After reading the release below, you may send your written information, pictures or videos, to us. For us to use your content, you MUST include the below statement written within the content of your email. "I have read, understand and agree to the Second Best Innovations "Release Agreement" and by sending them this email, I am giving them my legal consent to use everything I provide WRITTEN MATERIALS, NAME, IMAGE, AND LIKENESS to them herein".

Photo and Personal Information Release Form
I, hereby grant Second Best innovations and their DBA’s permission to collect, use, store, and publicly share my personal information, stories and photographs/images in connection with the Organization’s activities, including but not limited to product creation, display on its website, social media accounts, marketing materials, and other public platforms.
Scope of Use of My personal information may include:
My Testimony/ Story and my images may include all written correspondence, photographs, videos, video stills, or other likenesses taken by the Organization or provided by me.
These may be used for publicity, advertising, educational, entertainment, product creation or informational purposes in print, online, or multimedia formats.
- Duration
This permission is granted without restriction as to time, unless revoked in writing by me.
- Compensation
I understand that I will not receive financial compensation for the use of my personal information or images, over or above one free item of my choice where my image was used.
- Release of Liability
I release the Organization, its representatives, and assigns from any claims, demands, or liability arising from the use of my personal information or likeness, including claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of publicity rights. (Second Best Innovations cannot prevent other people or entities from clipping and copying writings, photos, or videos from our products and sites, sharing, or using them for their own purposes.)
- Right to Revoke
I may revoke this permission at any time by providing written notice to the organization at INFO@secondbestinnovations.com. This will apply to any and all written documentation, or pictures and videos That have not already been published and distributed for sale. Anything that has already been published and distributed for sale, will remain in circulation. The exception to this would be anything on the Second best Innovations website, that can be easily deleted or removed by the administrator.
